Confirmed is a threshold

  • • No ledger credit posts before depth reaches N
  • • N scales with asset and deposit amount

Reorg rollback

  • • A block-hash mismatch at a known height signals a reorg
  • • Unconfirm posts a compensating entry, never a delete
  • • Withdrawals freeze while the credit is reversed

Re-evaluate the tx

  • • Re-mined or back in mempool climbs toward N again
  • • A conflicting spend drops the deposit as terminal
  • • State is recomputed from the chain, so retries are idempotent
