Data Processing Agreements (DPA)
Each sub-processor listed above operates under its own published data processing agreement (DPA) or equivalent data protection terms that govern how personal data is handled, stored, and secured:
- GitHub — Data protection is governed by the GitHub Data Protection Agreement and their adherence to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Google (Analytics & Tag Manager) — Data processing is governed by the Google Ads Data Processing Terms, which include Standard Contractual Clauses for international data transfers.
This site does not independently enter into separate data processing agreements with these providers, as it relies on their standard published DPA terms which apply to all users of their services. The site owner has reviewed these terms and confirmed they provide adequate data protection safeguards consistent with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations.
